When can You expect my order?

We are just as excited as you are! 

  • Our processing time for an item is 2-3 business days.
  • Our processing times for shipping an item are:
  • 2-5 business days in the United States.
  • 6-18 business days outside of the United States.

Once our processing is complete, you will then receive an email regarding your tracking number and that your order is on its way! 

Be sure to check your spam/junk mail—no we do not intend for tracking numbers to go there, sometimes this happens. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our main priority is the health of our family, team, and customers we have chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19. We will not and cannot accept returns.

Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY INDIVIDUALLY PURCHASED PRODUCTS FOR A DIFFERENT OPTION?

Yes, you can exchange products of the same cost to a different option, but you will have to cover the shipping back to us.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
